Maybe you ask how it can be? And what if I tell you, you can drink your way to it. A good drink, I mean. of course!

I have mentioned healthy morning drinks in this quarantine cure, which are rather easy to prepare for your health, skin, and hair.

Some simple beverages can make a significant difference in your overall health. Here are some fast and easy beverages to incorporate into your morning routine for better health and weight loss.

  1. Jeera water

In all Indian curries, jeera (cumin) is a must-use spice. And jeera water is an amazing drink that promotes digestion and helps to melt the fat of the stomach. It works well to prevent hunger and accelerate the process of weight reduction.

To make this drink –

In a glass of water and let it overnight, add a teaspoon of jeera. Drink it, strain, and get the next morning empty stomach.

Chia seeds with lemon water are helpful in the loss of weight. The combination of these two components is amazing both for your weight reduction and general health. To make this drink–

Take a warm glass of water, add half a lemon juice to it. A few drops of honey can also be added to your taste. Add a little chia seed powder to it.

Turmeric is an antibiotic and antibacterial ancient and antiviral Ayurvedic Medicine. It is rich in antioxidants which slow down the process of aging. A scoop of turmeric every morning might be excellent for healthy skin by adding milk or hot water

To make this Drink – 

Add one tablespoon of turmeric and boil it with milk or water,  you can also add a few drops of honey to it. 

  1. Beetroot and carrot juice

chop the carrots and add them to a smoothie maker along with spinach leaves. Also, add some mint leaves and blend them to make the perfect smoothie. Mix salt and drink cold.
